Noah said, "My Lord, indeed they have disobeyed me and followed him whose wealth and children will not increase him except in loss. 21 "And they have plotted a mighty plot. 22 and have said, "Do not leave your gods, and do not leave Wadd, nor Suwa', Yaghuth, Ya'uq, neither Nasr." 23 And they have led many astray. (Noah supplicated saying): 'Allah, do not increase the harmdoers except in error' 24 Because of their sins they were drowned and put into the Fire, and they found not for themselves besides Allah [any] helpers. 25 And Noah said, "My Lord, do not leave upon the earth from among the disbelievers an inhabitant. 26 Surely, if You leave them they will mislead Your worshipers and father none but the immoral, and unbelievers. 27 My Lord! Forgive me and my parents and him who entereth my house believing, and believing men and believing women, and increase not the wrong-doers in aught save ruin. 28
