(Muhammad), say, "I worship only my Lord and do not consider anyone equal to Him". 20 Say: "It is not in my power to cause you harm, or to bring you to the Right Path." 21 Say: Surely no one can protect me against Allah, nor can I find besides Him any place of refuge: 22 if I should fail to convey [to the world whatever illumination comes to me] from God and His messages." Now as for him who rebels against God and His Apostle - verily, the fire of hell awaits him, therein to abide beyond the count of time. 23 Until they see what they are promised, when they will understand who is weaker in aid and poorer in numbers. 24 Say: "I do not know if what is promised you is near, or if my Lord prolongs its term. 25 He [alone] knows that which is beyond the reach of a created being's perception, and to none does He disclose aught of the mysteries of His Own unfathomable knowledge, 26 Save unto an apostle chosen. And then He causeth to go before him and behind him a guard. 27 "That He may know that they have (truly) brought and delivered the Messages of their Lord: and He surrounds (all the mysteries) that are with them, and takes account of every single thing." 28
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
