Say thou: I simply call upon Allah, and I associate not with Him any-one. 20 Say thou: verily I own not for you power of hurt nor of benefit 21 Say, "No one can protect me from God, nor can I find any place of refuge but with him. 22 "Unless I proclaim what I receive from Allah and His Messages: for any that disobey Allah and His Messenger,- for them is Hell: they shall dwell therein for ever." 23 When they see that which they were promised they shall know who is weaker in helpers and fewer in numbers. 24 Say: 'I do not know whether that which you are promised is near, or whether my Lord will set for it a time. 25 He [alone] knows that which is beyond the reach of a created being's perception, and to none does He disclose aught of the mysteries of His Own unfathomable knowledge, 26 Save unto every messenger whom He hath chosen, and then He maketh a guard to go before him and a guard behind him 27 (Messenger) so that He would know that the Messengers have conveyed the message of their Lord. He encompasses all that is with them and He keeps a precise account of all things". 28

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
