Indeed We have sent down the Qur’an upon you, in stages. 23 So wait for your Lord's command, and do not follow any sinner or disbeliever among them. 24 Meditate upon the name of your Lord morning and evening; 25 and part of the night; bow down before Him and magnify Him through the long night. 26 Behold, they [who are unmindful of God] love this fleeting life, and leave behind them [all thought of] a grief-laden Day. 27 We, even We, created them, and strengthened their frame. And when We will, We can replace them, bringing others like them in their stead. 28 Surely this is a reminder, so whoever pleases takes to his Lord a way. 29 Yet you will not unless Allah wills; surely, Allah is the Knower, the Wise. 30 He maketh whom He will to enter His mercy, and for evil-doers hath prepared a painful doom. 31
