In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
I CALL TO WITNESS those who are sent consecutively, 1 and then storming on with a tempest's force! 2 by (the angels) spreading (the words of God) far and wide, 3 And those [angels] who bring criterion 4 By those who bring down the Reminder, 5 to serve as an excuse or a warning. 6 Surely that which ye are promised will befall. 7 So when the stars are obliterated 8 and when the sky is rent asunder 9 The mountains will be blown away as dust. 10 and when the Messengers' time is set, 11 For what Day are these signs postponed? 12 For the Day of Decision. 13 What do you know what the Day of Judgement is? 14 Woe on that Day to those who belied it! 15 Destroyed We not the ancients? 16 And We shall cause those of later times to follow them. 17 Thus do We deal with the guilty. 18 Woe on that day to the rejecters. 19 Did We not create you from a weak water, 20 The which We placed in a place of rest, firmly fixed, 21 For a period (of gestation), determined (according to need)? 22 Thus have We determined [the nature of man's creation]: and excellent indeed is Our power to determine [what is to be]! 23 Alas the woe that day for those who deny! 24 Have We not made the earth a container 25 Both for the living and the dead, 26 Have We not placed high mountains upon it and given you fresh water to drink? 27 Woe, that Day, to the deniers. 28 "Go to what you used to deny; 29 Walk on to the covering having three branches, 30 Neither having the coolness of the shade nor availing against the flame. 31 Surely it sends up sparks like palaces, 32 So like golden camels." 33 Woe on that day to the rejecters. 34 This is the day on which they shall not speak, 35 nor be allowed to proffer excuses! 36 Woe on that Day to those who reject the truth! 37 That will be a Day of Decision! We have brought you and the men of old together! 38 So if you have a plot, use it against Me (Allah)! 39 Ah woe, that Day, to the Rejecters of Truth! 40

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
