In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
CONSIDER these [messages,] sent forth in waves 1 by (the angels) as swift as blowing winds, 2 and by the scatterers scattering (rain) 3 And those that distinguish distinctly, 4 and those (angels) dropping, reminding 5 to excuse some and warn others: 6 surely, that which you have been promised is about to fall! 7 When the stars shall be extinguished, 8 and when the sky is rent asunder 9 And when the mountains are blown away; 10 And when the apostles are gathered at their appointed time 11 to what day shall they be delayed? 12 For the Day of Sorting out. 13 Would that you knew what the Day of Decision is! 14 Woe on that day unto the beliers 15 Did We not destroy the ancients, 16 and let the latter follow them? 17 As such shall We deal with the sinners. 18 Woe on that Day to those that give the lie to the Truth! 19 Created We you not of water despicable, 20 which We placed within a sure lodging 21 for a term pre-ordained? 22 Thus have We determined [the nature of man's creation]: and excellent indeed is Our power to determine [what is to be]! 23 Woe that Day to the deniers (of the Day of Resurrection)! 24 Have We not made the earth (as a place) to draw together. 25 for both the living and the dead? 26 Set We not therein soaring mountains? Sated you with sweetest water? 27 Woe on that day unto the beliers! 28 "Go to what you used to deny; 29 "Depart ye to a Shadow (of smoke ascending) in three columns, 30 wherein there is neither shade, nor freeing from the blazing flames 31 Lo! it throweth up sparks like the castles, 32 As though they were camels yellow tawny. 33 Alas the woe that day for those who deny! 34 On that Day they will be speechless, 35 Nor are they suffered to put forth excuses. 36 Woe on that Day unto those who give the lie to the truth 37 That is the Day of Judgement on which We have assembled you as well as all those who went before you. 38 So if you have any plot to devise against Me, then devise it. 39 Woe on that Day unto those who give the lie to the truth! 40

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
