Surely for the godfearing awaits a place of security, 31 Gardens and grapeyards; 32 and splendid companions well matched, 33 And a cup overflowing. 34 No vanity shall they hear therein, nor Untruth:- 35 A recompense from your Lord, a sufficient gift, 36 [a reward from] the Sustainer of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, the Most Gracious! [And] none shall have it in their power to raise their voices unto Him 37 On the Day whereon the spirits and the angels will stand arrayed, they will not be able to speak save him whom the Compassionate giveth leave and who speaketh aright. 38 That Day is sure to come, so whoever wishes to, let him take the path that leads towards his Lord. 39 Lo! We warn you of a doom at hand, a day whereon a man will look on that which his own hands have sent before, and the disbeliever will cry: "Would that I were dust!" 40
