What, are you stronger in constitution or the heaven He built? 27 high above? 28 And He darkened its night and extracted its brightness. 29 And the earth! thereafter He stretched it out. 30 after that bringing forth from it its water and its pasture land, 31 And solidified the mountains. 32 As provision for you and your grazing livestock. 33 When the great calamity comes, 34 The Day when man will remember that for which he strove, 35 and when Hell is advanced for whoever sees, 36 So for one who rebelled, 37 and preferred the worldly life, 38 Then indeed, Hellfire will be [his] refuge. 39 And as for him who fears to stand in the presence of his Lord and forbids the soul from low desires, 40 Then indeed Paradise only is his destination. 41 They ask thee about the Hour,-'When will be its appointed time? 42 You have no knowledge to say anything about it, 43 Unto thy Lord belongeth (knowledge of) the term thereof. 44 Thou art but [sent] to warn those who stand in awe of it. 45 It will be, on the Day they see it, as though they had not remained [in the world] except for an afternoon or a morning thereof. 46
