The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ Praise the name of thy Lord the Most High, 1 Who has created (everything), and then proportioned it; 2 And the One Who kept proper measure and then guided. 3 The One Who produced pasture. 4 Then turneth it to russet stubble. 5 We will make you recite so you shall not forget, 6 Except what Allah should will. Indeed, He knows what is declared and what is hidden. 7 And We will make it easy for thee (to follow) the simple (Path). 8 Therefore, keep on preaching as long as it is of benefit. 9 Those who have fear of God will benefit 10 Only the wretch will turn aside, 11 He who will be flung to the great Fire 12 In which he will neither die nor live. 13 Prosperous is he who has cleansed himself, 14 remembering his Lord's name and praying. 15 But you prefer the present life, 16 even though the life hereafter will be better and will last forever. 17 This is surely in the earlier Books, 18 The Scriptures of Ibrahim (Abraham) and Musa (Moses). 19
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
