The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Exalt the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 Who created all things and fashioned them in good proportion; 2 who determines the nature [of all that exists], and guided it accordingly; 3 who brought forth the pasturage 4 then caused it to wither away. 5 WE SHALL teach thee, and thou wilt not forget [aught of what thou art taught,] 6 except what Allah should wish. He knows all that is manifest and all that is hidden. 7 And We shall make easy for you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) the easy way (i.e. the doing of righteous deeds). 8 Remind, if the reminder can be of benefit. 9 and he who fears shall remember, 10 but the wretched will turn away from it. 11 [He] who will [enter and] burn in the greatest Fire, 12 Then he will neither die in it, nor live. 13 Indeed whosoever purifies himself (by avoiding polytheism and accepting Islamic Monotheism) shall achieve success, 14 And who mentioned the name of his Lord, then offered prayer. 15 But nay, [O men,] you prefer the life of this world, 16 whereas the Hereafter is better and more enduring. 17 Surely this is in the ancient scrolls, 18 the Scriptures of Abraham and Moses. 19
