The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
۞ (Muhammad), glorify the Name of your lord, the Most High, 1 who creates [every thing,] and thereupon forms it in accordance with what it is meant to be, 2 decreed their destinies, and provided them with guidance. 3 who brought forth the pasturage 4 And [then] makes it black stubble. 5 By degrees shall We teach thee to declare (the Message), so thou shalt not forget, 6 Except what Allah, may will, He knows what is apparent and what is hidden. 7 And We shall create the means of ease for you. 8 Therefore remind, if the Reminder benefits, 9 He who fears [Allah] will be reminded. 10 but it will be ignored by the most unfortunate, 11 and suffer the heat of the great fire 12 Wherein he will neither die nor live. 13 He is successful who groweth, 14 And glorify the name of their Guardian-Lord, and (lift their hearts) in prayer. 15 However, (the disbelievers) prefer the worldly life 16 While the Hereafter is better and more enduring. 17 Indeed this is in the former scriptures. 18 The Books of Abraham and Moses. 19
