The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
۞ Glorify the Name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 Who created all things and fashioned them in good proportion; 2 who determined and guided, 3 The One Who produced pasture. 4 And then makes it dark stubble. 5 We shall now make you read (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), so you will not forget. 6 Except what Allah pleases, surely He knows the manifest, and what is hidden. 7 And We will ease you toward ease. 8 So remind them if reminder is profitable: 9 and he who fears shall remember, 10 But it will be avoided by the wretched, 11 who will roast in the Great Fire, 12 Neither dying therein nor living. 13 Indeed whosoever purifies himself (by avoiding polytheism and accepting Islamic Monotheism) shall achieve success, 14 And who mentioned the name of his Lord, then offered prayer. 15 But ye prefer the life of the world 16 even though the life hereafter will be better and will last forever. 17 This is surely in the earlier Books, 18 Writs of Ibrahim and Musa. 19
