Overwhelming (Al-Ghaasheyah)
26 verses, revealed in Mecca after Drivers of the Winds (Al-Dhaareyaat) before The Cave (Al-Kahf)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Has there come to you the narration of the overwhelming (i.e. the Day of Resurrection); 1 On that Day, there shall be downcast faces, 2 Labouring, striving hard. 3 The while they enter the Blazing Fire,- 4 Given water from the boiling spring to drink. 5 No food for them save bitter thorn-fruit 6 Which will neither nourish nor avail against hunger. 7 (Other) faces on that day shall be happy, 8 Glad for their effort past, 9 They will live in an exalted garden 10 Where they shall hear no (word) of vanity: 11 Wherein is a gushing spring, 12 In which are high thrones. 13 and prepared goblets, 14 And arranged carpets. 15 and well spread carpets. 16 What, do they not reflect upon how the camel was created? 17 And at the Sky, how it is raised high?- 18 and how the mountains were firmly fixed? 19 And at the earth - how it is spread out? 20 Therefore advise; indeed you are a proclaimer of advice. (The Holy Prophet is a Remembrance from Allah.) 21 and are not invested with the authority to compel them. 22 But whosoever will turn back and disbelieve 23 Allah will chastise him with the greatest chastisement. 24 Verily unto Us is their return. 25 Then indeed only upon Us is their reckoning. 26
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
