Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

۞ Have We not expanded your chest for you (Prophet Muhammad), 1 relieved you of the burden 2 Which weighed down thy back; 3 And We have upraised for thee thy renown. 4 But lo! with hardship goeth ease, 5 Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease. 6 So when thou art empty, labour, 7 and let your longing be for your Lord (in humility). 8

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
