Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

۞ Have We not expanded your chest for you (Prophet Muhammad), 1 and relieve you of the burden 2 Which had weighed upon your back 3 have We not given you high renown? 4 For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease. 5 Most certainly, there is ease with hardship. 6 So, when you are free, strive hard, 7 and to your Lord turn [all] your attention. 8
