Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

۞ Have We not expanded thee thy breast?- 1 And removed from you your burden, 2 that weighed down your back? 3 and granted you an exalted reputation? 4 So indeed with hardship is ease. 5 verily, with every hardship comes ease! 6 So when you finish the prayer, strive in supplication. 7 And turn to your Lord with all your love. 8
