Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Have We not opened forth for thee thy breast? 1 And taken off from you your burden, 2 Which weighed down thy back. 3 and granted you an exalted reputation? 4 So verily, with the hardship, there is relief, 5 Certainly, after every difficulty there comes relief. 6 So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship]. 7 and be devoted to your Lord's service. 8
True are the words of God the Almighty.
