In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
Read! In the Name of your Lord, Who has created (all that exists), 1 Created man from a clot. 2 Read - for thy Sustainer is the Most Bountiful One 3 who taught by the pen, 4 taught the human what he did not know. 5 Indeed, surely the human is very insolent 6 That he thinketh himself independent! 7 Indeed, to your Lord is the return. 8 Have you seen the one who forbids 9 A bondman of Ours when he prayeth 10 Have you seen if he was upon guidance 11 Or enjoined guarding (against evil)? 12 What is your opinion – if he denies and turns away, how wretched will be his state! 13 Does he not know that God observes all things? 14 No! If he does not desist, We will surely drag him by the forelock - 15 his lying, sinful forelock. 16 Then let him call his associates; 17 [the while] We shall summon the forces of heavenly chastisement! 18 No, indeed; do not obey him! Prostrate and come nearer (to Allah). ۩ 19
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
