The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
When the earth will be shaken with a mighty shaking, 1 and earth brings forth her burdens, 2 And man will say: "What is the matter with it?" 3 On that Day it will relate all her news, 4 as thy Sustainer will have inspired her to do! 5 That Day mankind will proceed in scattered groups that they may be shown their deeds. 6 So. he who has done an atom's weight of good shall see it 7 And whoever does an evil deed equal to the weight of the minutest particle, will see it. 8
True are the words of God the Almighty.
