The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

When the earth will be shaken with a mighty shaking, 1 and when the earth brings forth its burdens 2 and man cries out, "What has happened to her?" 3 That day she will relate her chronicles, 4 for your Lord has so directed it. 5 That day mankind will issue forth in scattered groups to be shown their deeds. 6 whoever has done the smallest particle of good will see it; 7 And whosoever hath worked ill of an atom's weight shall behold it. 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
