The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

WHEN THE EARTH quakes with her [last] mighty quaking, 1 And the earth bringeth forth her burthens, 2 And man enquires: "What has come over it?" 3 On that day the earth will declare all (the activities of the human being) which have taken place on it, 4 Because your Lord has commanded it. 5 On that Day people will go forth in varying states so that they be shown their deeds. 6 and whoso has done an atom's weight of good shall see it, 7 And whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it. 8

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
