The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

When the earth is shaken with its violent shaking, 1 and the earth will throw up all her burdens, 2 when man asks, "What is happening to her?"; 3 That Day, it will report its news 4 as thy Sustainer will have inspired her to do! 5 On that Day people will go forth in varying states so that they be shown their deeds. 6 So. he who has done an atom's weight of good shall see it 7 and whoever has done an atom's weight of evil, will also see it. 8

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
