We certainly bestowed Our favor upon Moses and Aaron 114 And We saved them and their people from the great affliction, 115 And helped them, so that they became the victors; 116 We gave them the explicit Book, 117 And We guided them on the straight path. 118 And We kept their praise among the latter generations. 119 Peace be with Moses and Aaron. 120 Thus do We reward the good-doers. 121 For they were two of our believing Servants. 122 And Elias (El Yaseen) was among the Messengers. 123 When he said to his people, “Do you not fear?” 124 "Will you call upon Ba'l (a well- known idol of his nation whom they used to worship) and forsake the Best of creators, 125 "Allah, your Lord and Cherisher and the Lord and Cherisher of your fathers of old?" 126 But they denounced him as a liar, so they will surely be arraigned (for punishment), 127 Except the bondmen of Allah sincere. 128 And We left for him among the posterity: 129 Peace be upon Elias. 130 This is how We reward the virtuous. 131 he was among Our believing servants. 132 Lot was certainly a Messenger. 133 Wherefore We saved him and his entire family 134 save an old woman among those that tarried; 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 and, verily, [to this day] you pass by the remnants of their dwellings at morning-time 137 and night: will you not take heed? 138
