The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

When the earth is shaken by the shaking thereof, 1 And Earth yieldeth up her burdens, 2 and the human asks: "What is the matter with it?" 3 On that day the earth will declare all (the activities of the human being) which have taken place on it, 4 for your Lord will have revealed to it. 5 On that day men will return towards their Lord, in different groups, in order to be shown their deeds. 6 So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it, 7 And whosoever hath worked ill of an atom's weight shall behold it. 8

God the Almighty always says the truth.
