The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

When the earth will be shaken with a mighty shaking, 1 when the earth shakes off her burdens, 2 And man says, “What has happened to it?” 3 On that day she shall tell her news, 4 for that her Lord has inspired her. 5 On that day men will return towards their Lord, in different groups, in order to be shown their deeds. 6 whoever has done the smallest particle of good will see it; 7 And he who has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8

God the Almighty always says the truth.
