Al-Aadeyaat
The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
By the racers, panting, 1 And the producers of sparks [when] striking 2 by the dawnraiders, 3 thereby raising clouds of dust, 4 and penetrate deep into a host. 5 Verily! Man (disbeliever) is ungrateful to his Lord; 6 He himself knows this very well. 7 And indeed he is, in love of wealth, intense. 8 ۞ Knows he not that when the contents of the graves are brought out and poured forth (all mankind is resurrected). 9 And that which is (locked up) in (human) breasts is made manifest- 10 Verily, that Day (i.e. the Day of Resurrection) their Lord will be Well-Acquainted with them (as to their deeds), (and will reward them for their deeds). 11
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
