The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
Al-Qari'ah (the striking Hour i.e. the Day of Resurrection), 1 What is the Clatterer? 2 And what can make you know what is the Striking Calamity? 3 On that Day human beings shall be like scattered moths, 4 And the mountains will be like carded wool. 5 Then as for one whose scales are heavy [with good deeds], 6 Will be in a life of good pleasure and satisfaction. 7 But as for him whose deeds are light on the scales, 8 His refuge will be an abyss. 9 How will you comprehend what that is? 10 A Fire vehemently hot! 11
God the Almighty always says the truth.
