The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

The terrible calamity! 1 What is the Striking Calamity? 2 Would that you knew what the crash is! 3 On that day, people will be like scattered moths 4 And the mountains shall be as loosened wool. 5 Then as for one whose scales are heavy [with good deeds], 6 He shall be in a life well-pleasing. 7 And for one whose scales prove light, 8 His refuge will be an abyss. 9 Would that you knew what hawiya his? 10 It is a blazing fire. 11
