The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
OH, the sudden calamity! 1 What is the Clatterer. 2 And what will make you know what the striking (Hour) is? 3 [It will occur] on the Day when men will be like moths swarming in confusion, 4 And the mountains will be like carded wool. 5 Those whose good deeds will weigh heavier (on the scale) 6 shall inherit a pleasing life, 7 but those whose good deeds will be lighter (on the scale). 8 the Abyss shall be his home. 9 And what can make you know what that is? 10 A Blazing Fire! 11
