The Elephant (Al-Feel)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon) before Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

HAVE YOU NOT seen how your Lord dealt with the people of the elephants? 1 Did He not utterly confound their artful planning? 2 And He sent against them flights of birds 3 Which hit them with stones of baked clay, 4 so that He made them like straw eaten (by cattle). 5

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
