Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

Beholdest thou him who belieth the Requital? 1 Who turns away the orphan, 2 and who does not urge the feeding of the poor? 3 So woe to the praying ones, 4 who are heedless of their prayers (delaying them from their prescribed times), 5 who show off (his good deeds) 6 And withhold things of common use (from others). 7

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
