Thorns (Al-Masad)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Key (Al-Faatehah) before The Rolling (Al-Takweer)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

Perish the hands of AbiLahab, and perish he! 1 His property and worldly gains will be of no help to him. 2 He will [enter to] burn in a Fire of [blazing] flame 3 and his wife, the carrier of the firewood, 4 Around her neck is a rope of [twisted] fiber. 5

Almighty Allah's Truth.
