Thorns (Al-Masad)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Key (Al-Faatehah) before The Rolling (Al-Takweer)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

DESTROYED WILL BE the hands of Abu Lahab, and he himself will perish. 1 His wealth and gains will not exempt him. 2 Surely, he will be cast into a Flaming Fire 3 together with his wife, that carrier of evil tales, 4 Around her neck will be a rope of palm fibre. 5

Almighty God's Truth.
