Lo! Allah pardoneth not that partners should be ascribed unto Him. He pardoneth all save that to whom He will. Whoso ascribeth partners unto Allah hath wandered far astray. 116 In stead of Him, they pray not except to female beings; they pray not except to a rebel Satan accursed by God. 117 whom God has rejected for having said, "Verily, of Thy servants I shall most certainly take my due share, 118 And I will mislead them, and I will arouse in them [sinful] desires, and I will command them so they will slit the ears of cattle, and I will command them so they will change the creation of Allah." And whoever takes Satan as an ally instead of Allah has certainly sustained a clear loss. 119 Satan promises them and arouses desire in them. But Satan does not promise them except delusion. 120 The refuge of those will be Hell, and they will not find from it an escape. 121 Yet those who attain to faith and do righteous deeds We shall bring into gardens through which running waters flow, therein to abide beyond the count of time: this is, in truth, God's promise - and whose word could be truer than God's? 122 It will not be in accordance with your desires (Muslims), nor those of the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), whosoever works evil, will have the recompense thereof, and he will not find any protector or helper besides Allah. 123 If any do deeds of righteousness,- be they male or female - and have faith, they will enter Heaven, and not the least injustice will be done to them. 124 Whose religion is better than that in which one submits himself to God, behaves righteously, and follows the upright religion of Abraham, God's chosen friend? 125 Whatever is in the heavens and in the earth belongs to Allah; Allah encompasses everything. 126
