The Key (Al-Faatehah)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Hidden Secret (Al-Muddath-thir) before Thorns (Al-Masad)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful 1

All praise is due to God alone, the Sustainer of all the worlds, 2 the Beneficent, the Merciful 3 Owner of the Day of Recompense. 4 Thee only we serve; to Thee alone we pray for succour. 5 Guide us Thou unto the path straight 6 the Path of those upon whom You have favored, not those upon whom is the anger, nor the astray. (Amen please answer) 7

True are the words of God the Almighty.
