The Key (Al-Faatehah)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Hidden Secret (Al-Muddath-thir) before Thorns (Al-Masad)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful 1

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the entire universe. 2 Most beneficent, ever-merciful, 3 Lord of the Day of Judgement. 4 You alone we worship and from You alone we seek help (and may we always). 5 Guide us to the Straight Path, 6 The way of those on whom Thou hast bestowed Thy Grace, those whose (portion) is not wrath, and who go not astray. 7

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
