۞ And if every soul that has done injustice had all that is in the earth, it would offer it for ransom, and they will manifest regret when they see the chastisement and the matter shall be decided between them with justice and they shall not be dealt with unjustly. 54 Is it not (the case) that to Allah belongeth whatever is in the heavens and on earth? Is it not (the case) that Allah's promise is assuredly true? Yet most of them understand not. 55 It is He who gives life and causes death, and to Him you shall be returned. 56 O mankind! The advice has come to you from your Lord and a cure for the hearts – and guidance and mercy for believers. 57 Say: In the bounty of Allah and in His mercy: therein let them rejoice. It is better than what they hoard. 58 Say: Have ye considered what provision Allah hath sent down for you, how ye have made of it lawful and unlawful? Hath Allah permitted you, or do ye invent a lie concerning Allah? 59 What will those who forged falsehood about Allah think on the Day of Resurrection? Allah is Bountiful to mankind; yet most of them do not give thanks. 60
