And assuredly We settled the Children of Isra'il into a secure settlement, and We provided them with good things; nor they differed until there had come unto them the knowledge. Verily thine Lord shall judge between them on the Day of Resurrection as to that wherein they have been differing. 93 If you are in any doubt concerning what We have sent down to you, then question those who have read the Book before you: the Truth has come to you from your Lord, so do not be one of the doubters -- 94 nor be of those who have called God's revelations lies lest you become lost. 95 Lo! those for whom the word of thy Lord (concerning sinners) hath effect will not believe, 96 though every sign come to them, till they see the painful chastisement. 97 Why was there no other people, save the people of Jonah, who should have believed so that their belief would have benefited them. Once they believed, We lifted the torment of shame from them during their worldly life and let them enjoy Our provision for a while. 98 Had your Lord pleased, all the people on earth would have believed in Him, without exception. So will you compel people to become believers? 99 And no soul can accept faith except by the command of Allah; and He sets the punishment upon those who do not have sense. 100 Say: "Behold all that is in the heavens and the earth," but neither Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) nor warners benefit those who believe not. 101 Do they then expect (any thing) but (what happened in) the days of the men who passed away before them? Say: "Wait ye then: for I, too, will wait with you." 102 Then We deliver Our apostles and those who believe-- even so (now), it is binding on Us (that) We deliver the believers. 103
