In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Alif. Lam. Mim. 1 This is the Book; in it is guidance sure, without doubt, to those who fear Allah; 2 Who believe in the Unknown and fulfil their devotional obligations, and spend in charity of what We have given them; 3 those who believe in the revelation sent down to you and in what was sent before you, and firmly believe in the life to come -- 4 These are on a right course from their Lord and these it is that shall be successful. 5 As for those who have rejected (these things), it is all the same to them whether you warn them or do not warn them: they are not going to believe. 6 Allah hath sealed their hearing and their hearts, and on their eyes there is a covering. Theirs will be an awful doom. 7
