And the disbelievers said to their Noble Messengers, “We will surely expel you from our land, unless you accept our religion”; so their Lord sent them the divine revelation that, “Indeed We will destroy these unjust people.” 13 And We will surely cause you to dwell in the land after them. That is for he who fears My position and fears My threat." 14 Then (the apostles) asked of God's assistance, and every arrogant tyrant was frustrated: 15 In front of such a one is Hell, and he is given, for drink, boiling fetid water. 16 He will sip it unwillingly, and he will find a great difficulty to swallow it down his throat, and death will come to him from every side, yet he will not die and in front of him, will be a great torment. 17 The state of those who disbelieve in their Lord is that their deeds are like ashes which the strong wind blew away on a stormy day; they got nothing from all that they earned; this is the extreme error. 18 Do you not see that God has created the heavens and the earth for a purpose? He can eliminate you if He wills and bring into being a new creation: 19 And this is not difficult for Allah. 20 And they all shall appear before Allah, then those who were counted weak shall say to those who were stiff-necked: verily we were unto you a following, are ye going to avail us at all against the torment of Allah? They will say: had Allah guided us, we would have guided you also; it is equal unto us whether we become impatient or bear patiently; for us there is no place of escape. 21
