We have placed constellations in heaven and have beautified it for beholders, 16 and guarded them from every stoned satan. 17 But any that gains a hearing by stealth, is pursued by a flaming fire, bright (to see). 18 And the earth have We spread out, and placed therein firm hills, and caused each seemly thing to grow therein. 19 And we have given unto you livelihoods therein, and unto those for whom ye provide not. 20 And there is not a thing but with Us are its treasuries, and We do not send it down except in a known measure. 21 And We send the winds fertilizing (to fill heavily the clouds with water), then caused the water (rain) to descend from the sky, and We gave it to you to drink, and it is not you who are the owners of its stores [i.e. to give water to whom you like or to withhold it from whom you like]. 22 And most surely We bring to life and cause to die and We are the heirs. 23 Surely We know those of you who have passed before and those who will come later. 24 And surely your Lord will gather them together; surely He is Wise, Knowing. 25
