1/4 Hizb 27
< random >
Truly, the God-fearing shall dwell amid gardens and fountains -- 45 Enter therein in peace, secure. 46 And We will root out whatever of rancor is in their breasts-- (they shall be) as brethren, on raised couches, face to face. 47 no fatigue there shall smite them, neither shall they ever be driven forth from there. 48 ۞ [O Muhammad], inform My servants that it is I who am the Forgiving, the Merciful. 49 and that My punishment is the painful chastisement. 50 AND TELL THEM [once again] about Abraham's guests 51 When they entered unto him, and said; peace! He said: verily we are afraid of you. 52 They said, 'Be not afraid; behold, we give thee good tidings of a cunning boy.' 53 [Ibrahim (Abraham)] said: "Do you give me glad tidings (of a son) when old age has overtaken me? Of what then is your news?" 54 They said: "The good tiding we give you is of truth. Do not, therefore, be of those who despair." 55 He said: And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord but the erring ones? 56 He said, “And what is your next task, O the sent angels?” 57 They said, "We are sent to a sinful people. 58 barring Lot's household, all of whom, behold, we shall save 59 "Except his wife, who, We have ascertained, will be among those who will lag behind." 60

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
