Verily the God-fearing shall be amidst gardens and springs. 45 Enter them in peace, secure. 46 And We remove whatever rancour may be in their breasts. As brethren, face to face, (they rest) on couches raised. 47 Toil cometh not unto them there, nor will they be expelled from thence. 48 ۞ Tell My worshipers that I am the Forgiving, the Most Merciful, 49 And that My punishment-- that is the painful punishment. 50 Tell them about Abraham's guests: 51 who came to him saying, "Peace be with you." Abraham said, "We are afraid of you". 52 They replied, "Do not be afraid. We have brought you the glad news of (the birth) of a learned son". 53 He said, "Have you given me good tidings although old age has come upon me? Then of what [wonder] do you inform?" 54 They said: we bear tidings of a truth; be then thou not of the desponding. 55 He said, "No one despairs of the mercy of his Lord except those who are in error. 56 [Abraham] said, "Then what is your business [here], O messengers?" 57 They said: "Verily we have been sent to a guilty people 58 Except Lot's family, of whom we shall save all, 59 "Except his wife, of whom We have decreed that she shall be of those who remain behind (i.e. she will be destroyed)." 60
