And the people of the Hijr (rocks) denied the Noble Messengers. 80 We brought them signs, but they turned away. 81 And they used to hew out dwellings from the hills, (wherein they dwelt) secure. 82 So the scream overcame them at morning. 83 Out of what they had gained, nothing proved to be of any benefit to them. 84 And We have not created the heavens and earth and that between them except in truth. And indeed, the Hour is coming; so forgive with gracious forgiveness. 85 Surely your Lord is the Creator of all things, the Knowing. 86 And indeed, We have bestowed upon you seven of Al-Mathani (the seven repeatedly recited Verses), (i.e. Surat Al-Fatiha) and the Grand Quran. 87 So covet not things We have bestowed on a portion of them to enjoy, and do not grieve for them, and protect those who believe; 88 and say, 'Surely, I am the manifest warner.' 89 As We have sent down on the dividers, (Quraish pagans or Jews and Christians). 90 Those who broke the Word of Allah into several parts. (Those who broke the Torah / Bible or changed its text or those who called the Qur’an a fabrication / poetry.) 91 Therefore, by your Lord, We shall question every one of them. 92 for what they have done 93 So shout that thou art commanded and turn thou away from the idolaters. 94 We suffice you against those who mock, 95 Who set up along with Allah another god; presently they shall know. 96 Indeed, We know your chest is straitened by that they say. 97 So exalt [Allah] with praise of your Lord and be of those who prostrate [to Him]. 98 And serve thy Lord until there come unto thee the Hour that is Certain. 99
God the Almighty always says the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
