And the dwellers in Al-Hijr denied (Our) messengers. 80 And We gave them Our signs, but from them they were turning away. 81 And they used to hew out dwellings from the hills, (wherein they dwelt) secure. 82 and the Cry seized them in the morning; 83 And all that they had done (for security) availed them nothing. 84 We have not created the heavens and the earth and all that is in between them except with Truth. Surely the Hour will come. So, (O Muhammad), do graciously overlook them (despite their misdeeds). 85 Surely your Lord is the Creator and knows (everything). 86 And We have bestowed upon thee the Seven Oft-repeated (verses) and the Grand Qur'an. 87 Look not with your eyes ambitiously at what We have bestowed on certain classes of them (the disbelievers), nor grieve over them. And lower your wings for the believers (be courteous to the fellow-believers). 88 And say, "Indeed, I am the clear warner" - 89 (Of a punishment) Like the one We sent down upon the dividers. 90 [and] who [now] declare this Qur'an to be [a tissue of] falsehoods! 91 Them, by thy Lord, We shall question, every one, 92 For that which they have been working. 93 Therefore expound openly what thou art commanded, and turn away from those who join false gods with Allah. 94 Surely We suffice to deal with those who scoff at you, 95 and believe other things to be equal to God. They will soon know the truth. 96 Indeed, We know your chest is straitened by that they say. 97 Glorify and praise your Lord and be with those who prostrate themselves before God. 98 and worship your Lord until the last moment (of your life) that will most certainly come. 99
