Prostration

And as for those who emigrated for the Cause of Allah, after suffering oppression, We will certainly give them goodly residence in this world, but indeed the reward of the Hereafter will be greater, if they but knew! 41 such are those who are patient, and put their trust in their Lord. 42 We sent not any before thee, except men to whom We revealed: 'Question the people of the Remembrance, if it should be that you do not know -- 43 Along with clear proofs and writings; and We have sent down this Remembrance towards you (O dear Prophet Mohammed peace and blessings be upon him) so that you may explain to mankind what has been revealed towards them, and that they may ponder. 44 So do they who conspire evils, not fear that Allah may bury them in the earth, or that the punishment may come to them from a place they do not know? 45 Or, that He will not seize them in their going to and fro, and they will not be able to frustrate Him? 46 Or, that He will not seize them, a little at a time and destroy them? Indeed, your Lord is Clement, the Most Merciful. 47 And have they not observed that the shadows of the things Allah has created incline to the right and to the left, in prostration to Allah, and that they are servile? 48 Everything in the heavens and all the creatures on the earth prostrate themselves before God, as do the angels, and they do not behave proudly: 49 They fear their Lord above them and do that which they are commanded. ۩ 50

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
