When God replaces one revelation with another, He knows best what to reveal. But they say, "(Muhammad), you have falsely invented it." Most people are ignorant. 101 Say: 'The Holy Spirit (Gabriel) brought it down from your Lord in truth to confirm those who believe, and to give guidance and glad tidings to those who surrender' 102 Surely We know well that they say about you: "It is only a human being who teaches him," (notwithstanding) that he whom they maliciously hint at is of foreign tongue, while this (Qur'an) is plain Arabic speech. 103 Those who do not believe in the words of God are verily not guided by God. For them is severe punishment. 104 It is those who believe not in the Signs of Allah, that forge falsehood: it is they who lie! 105 Any one who, after accepting faith in Allah, utters Unbelief,- except under compulsion, his heart remaining firm in Faith - but such as open their breast to Unbelief, on them is Wrath from Allah, and theirs will be a dreadful Penalty. 106 that, because they have preferred the present life over the world to come, and that God guides not the people of the unbelievers. 107 These are the ones upon whose hearts and hearing and sight God has set a seal. It is they who are heedless, 108 In the Everlasting Life, they shall assuredly be the losers. 109 ۞ Yet surely your Lord, with respect to those who fly after they are persecuted, then they struggle hard and are patient, most surely your Lord after that is Forgiving, Merciful. 110
