۞ Recite to them the parable of two men! One of them We provided with two vineyards which We surrounded with date-palms, and placed a field of grain in between; 32 Each of the gardens yielded its fruit and did not withhold the least; and We made a stream flow in between them. 33 And he had fruit. And he said unto his comrade, when he spake with him: I am more than thee in wealth, and stronger in respect of men. 34 He unjustly entered his garden and said, "I do not think this (property) will ever perish 35 "Nor do I deem that the Hour (of Judgment) will (ever) come: Even if I am brought back to my Lord, I shall surely find (there) something better in exchange." 36 His companion debating with him answered, “What! You disbelieve in Him Who has created you from dust, then from a drop of liquid, and then created you as a complete man?” 37 And He is God, my Lord, and I do not associate any one with my Lord. 38 And why did you, when you entered your garden, not say, 'What Allah willed [has occurred]; there is no power except in Allah '? Although you see me less than you in wealth and children, 39 "It may be that my Lord will give me something better than thy garden, and that He will send on thy garden thunderbolts (by way of reckoning) from heaven, making it (but) slippery sand!- 40 Or some morning the water thereof will be lost in the earth so that thou canst not make search for it. 41 (Sure enough the rich person's) fruits were all destroyed and he began to wring his hands in grief for all that he had invested in his garden. He found his garden tumbled to its trellises and said, "Would that I had not considered anything equal to my Lord". 42 And he had no group to help him against Allah, nor was he capable of taking revenge. 43 The only support is from God, the True God. He is the best in rewarding and the best in respect of the final outcome. 44
