Commemorate Moses in the Book. He was a chosen one, both an apostle and a prophet. 51 We called to him from the right side Of the Mount, and We brought him near in communion. 52 And We gave him his brother Aaron, of Our mercy, a Prophet. 53 And mention Ismail in the Book; surely he was truthful in (his) promise, and he was an apostle, a prophet. 54 He used to command his people to offer prayer and give charity, and was liked by his Lord. 55 Commemorate Enoch in the Book. He was a truthful person and a prophet, 56 We raised him to a high place. 57 These are the ones whom God has favoured: the prophets from among the descendants of Adam and of those whom We carried in the Ark with Noah; the descendants of Abraham, of Israel, and of those whom We have guided and chosen. For when the revelations of the Merciful were recited to them, they fell down, prostrating themselves and weeping. ۩ 58 ۞ Now there hath succeeded them a later generation whom have ruined worship and have followed lusts. But they will meet deception. 59 except he who repents and believes and does good works; those shall be admitted to Paradise and shall not be wronged in any way. 60 Theirs shall be the Gardens of Eden, which the All Merciful has promised to His servants without their having seen them, and most surely His promise shall be fulfilled. 61 There they shall hear no idle talk, but only 'Peace.' There they shall have their provision at dawn and evening. 62 Such is the Paradise which We shall give as an inheritance to those of Our slaves who have been Al-Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons - See V. 2:2). 63 AND [the angels say]: "We do not descend [with revelation,] again and again, other than by thy Sustainer's command: unto Him belongs all that lies open before us and all that is hidden from us and all that is in-between. And never does thy Sustainer forget [anything] 64 He is the Lord of the heavens and of the earth and of all that is between the two. So worship Him alone and be steadfast in His worship. Do you know of anyone equal to Him in His attributes? 65
