Do you not see that We have appointed devils to incite those who deny the truth to disobedience? 83 So be not impatient over them. We only count out to them a [limited] number. 84 The day We shall gather the righteous to (Allah) Most Gracious, like a band presented before a king for honours, 85 And drive the guilty unto hell, a weary herd, 86 [on that Day] none will have [the benefit of] intercession unless he has [in his lifetime] entered into a bond with the Most Gracious. 87 They say, "The Gracious One has begotten a son." 88 You have uttered a grievous thing 89 the heavens might well-nigh burst thereat, and the earth break asunder, and the mountains fall down in pieces, 90 That they ascribe a son to the Beneficent Allah. 91 And it is not worthy of the Beneficent Allah that He should take (to Himself) a son. 92 There is none in the heavens and the earth but comes unto the Most Beneficent (Allah) as a slave. 93 Verily He encompasses them and has counted them all. 94 And all of them are coming to Him on the Day of Resurrection alone. 95 Indeed, the Most Compassionate Lord will soon create enduring love for those who believe and do righteous works. 96 (Muhammad), We have given you the Book (the Quran) in your own language so that you could easily give the glad news to the pious ones and warn the quarrelsome ones. 97 How many generations We have destroyed before them! Can you find a single one of them alive now, or hear so much as a whisper from them? 98
